Instructor(s): Jere Canote
Welcome to the world of Boom-Chuck and beyond! We’ll listen and delve into some old time fiddle tunes, then work on making good choices in Bass notes, Runs, and Chords in the keys of G, A, C, and D. We’ll learn a big handful of 2 and 4 note Bass Runs, and explore tricks for hearing the cord changes, and knowing which ones to play. Taught in conjunction with Greg Canote’s Old Time Fiddle Class.
If you know the handful of basic Guitar chords, and are comfortable holding on to a flatpack, you are ready for this class.
